Announcing the details of our 2024 Winter Ball!

The Winter Ball is our biggest fundraising day of the year, and so we’re thrilled to be able to share the details of the 2024 event with you. We’re heading back to the iconic Savoy Hotel in London on Saturday 30th of November for another black-tie knees up and we would love you to join us! The evening will include a champagne reception, a three-course meal, auction, speeches and dancing. We’re looking forward to welcoming back the great and good from the world of eventing and equestrian sport for a superb evening and the chance to support our important work.

Our aim is to make this our biggest and best Winter Ball yet, and we need your help to raise the bar! We’re on the hunt for businesses who would like to sponsor the event, and that includes headline, champagne reception and entertainment sponsorships. If you are interested in placing your business in front of our guests, which include high net worth individuals and fellow business owners, please read our sponsorship packs and contact Lexi Hambro here.

We will also be reviving our silent auction and raffle, and so the team here wants to hear from anyone who can donate a prize. Last year we had everything from concert tickets, gorgeous jewellery and bespoke pet portraits to stays in private holiday homes here in the UK and abroad, training with top riders and coaches, and incredible money-can’t-buy experiences. It was so much fun seeing all the amazing lots, and we hope the guests who won them in the silent auction are enjoying them! So, if you have something you can donate to our Winter Ball silent auction this year, please drop us a line. As our charity patron Nicola Wilson says: “It would be fantastic if you could all support the Winter Ball. The money raised from this event will help assist even more riders.”

Tickets for this year’s Winter Ball are on sale now, and once again we have tables of 10 and 12 available. You don’t need to gather a whole table if you don’t want to, as we’re selling tickets per person. However, if you do prefer to secure a table just for your friends and loved ones, you can. The tickets cost £200, £250 or £350 depending on how close the table is to the front of the ballroom, and you can download the booking form here. Tickets costing £350 will be on a table in a prime location that comes with two bottles of champagne for an extra-special toast for you and your fellow guests.

We anticipate that this year the tickets will sell out, possibly well in advance of November, so please snap up yours as soon as possible. The evening will be another wonderful gathering with the chance to support our work and enjoy the proper knees up that comes when you gather horse folk together for a ball!
